This is a Colt MK IV Series '80 Stainless Gold Cup National Match Semi-automatic pistol made in 1989 and chambered for the .45 ACP cartridge. The pistol has had a custom Magazine release and ejector installed. It also has Hogue wrap-around rubber finger-groove grips. The pistol is in excellent condition. It retains nearly 100% of its bright and matte stainless-steel finish. The bore is excellent. The gun has excellent mechanics, but the slide will not lock back after the last shot. This is a magazine problem, not a problem with the gun. It has an inexpensive after-market magazine that will not hold the slide back when empty. I tried a Colt magazine from another pistol, and it worked flawlessly. Sorry, this one is consigned, and I don't have a loose mag to replace the cheap one. The Hogue grip is in excellent condition. This is a very nice Colt Gold Cup. Stock no. 28856
