WARRANTY

All items are described as accurately as time and space permits. If you desire a more detailed description, do not hesitate to call us at (540) 592-7273 or (540) 592-7274. We will be happy to go over the item in detail with you.

SALE CONDITIONS

We do not ship items on approval. All weapons are sold as collectors items only and are not meant for actual use. Buyer assumes all responsibility in using these weapons. All items are sold "as is." Three day inspection period, and a speedy refund guaranteed if the items are returned unaltered and in good condition. If you don't want the item, please give us a call and tell us. No refunds on Lay-A-Way items.

FFL FIREARMS

All firearms manufactured after Jan. 1st, 1899 require shipment to holders of a Federal Firearms License only. If the buyer does not hold a FFL, the buyer must make arrangements with his local dealer to have the dealers FFL sent to us, where upon we will ship the firearm to the dealers FFL address. Where local and state regulations apply, these documents must be sent as well.

TERMS

Pre-approved checks or money orders. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All items are sent Ground Service UPS, fully insured, and with an acknowledgement of delivery card. We charge $7.50 for small, lighter items and $15.00 for larger, heavier items. Next Day, 2nd Day and Foreign Deliveries are quoted individually.

LAY-A-WAY

We allow 30 days on orders up to $1000.00. We allow 60 days on orders over $1,000.00. WE want 1/3 down, 1/3 in the middle and 1/3 final payment. If you do not pay for your item within the allotted time, it goes back on the rack. We will then send you your down payment less a 10% of the total sale price re-stocking fee. Absolutely no returns on Lay-A-Way items.

CONSIGNMENTS

We quote consignment rates concurrent with the item or items being offered. We pay our consignors as soon as the item is sold.

TRADES

We will consider trades on anything in our inventory. However, we must see your item to evaluate it. Please remember this is a business and we do have to make a profit in order to stay open. Please pack your item securely and insure it your full amount. We will not be responsible if your item arrives damaged.

PURCHASING

We are always looking for antique firearms, swords, bayonets, accoutrements, uniforms and militaria. We will pay a fair price for any item. We will travel at our expense to evaluate your collection and make you an offer. Please keep us in mind when planning to divest or deacquisition items from your collection.
