This is a Smith & Wesson Model 34-1 Revolver made about 1970 and chambered for the .22 Long Rifle cartridge. Known as the Model of 1953 .22/.32 Kit Gun, it is a 6-shot double action revolver with an adjustable rear sight. It is built on the "J" frame. This revolver has a 4" barrel and has been fitted with factory target stocks. This revolver is in excellent condition. It retains nearly 100% of its factory blued finish with just a faint hint of holster wear at the muzzle. The bore, chambers, and mechanics are excellent. The walnut target grips are in excellent condition as well. This is an outstanding example of the S&W .22 Kit Gun. Stock no. 28741
