VERY FINE REMINGTON MODEL 24 SEMI-AUTO RIFLE, .22 LR

Here is an original, Remington Model 24 Semi-Automatic Rifle made in June of 1931. This little rifle is a John Browning design. Remington produced them from 1922 to 1935. In 1956 Browning would resurrect the gun as their SA-22 autoloader. This rifle is in very fine to excellent condition. It retains very nearly 100% of its factory blued finish. There is some very light finish wear on the steel butt plate. The bolt remains bright. The bore and mechanics are excellent. The walnut stock is in very fine condition with just a couple tiny scuffs of the varnished finish. The Model 24 is very hard to find in high condition. This is an outstanding example. Stock no. 28441
