This is a Smith & Wesson Military & Police (Pre-Model 10) snub nose Revolver manufactured in 1950. It is a 5-screw, double action, 6-shot, square butt, "K" Frame revolver with a 2" barrel. It is in excellent condition with a factory letter. The revolver retains nearly 100% of its factory blued finish with just a faint drag line on the cylinder. The hammer and trigger retain all of their case colors. The bore and mechanics are excellent. The factory "Magna" grips have the S&W medallion and diamond screw escutcheons. This is an outstanding Pre-Model 10 Revolver. Stock no. 28356
