This is an original Colt Officer's Model (Second Issue) revolver manufactured in 1925 and chambered for the .38 Special cartridge. This is a six-shot revolver with a 7 1/2" barrel. It has adjustable front and rear sights. The revolver is in very fine to excellent condition. It retains more than 95% of its factory blued finish with a bit of holster wear at the muzzle and a few tiny speckles on the frame and hammer. The bore, chambers, and mechanics are excellent. The checkered walnut grips have the Colt medallion and are in very fine condition. This is a nice early Officer's Model. Stock no. 28096
