WWII COLT US MODEL 1911A1 .45 PISTOL

.45 ACP Colt manufactured US Military M1911A!. SN#742412 Manufactured in 1941. Some mixed internal parts from government rebuilds. Inspecting officer on the frame appears to be "GS". Pistol is a dark grey-green parkerized finish with a few bare parts consistant with holster wear. Excellent bore and mechanics. Fine two piece brown plastic diamond edged grips are Colt, (We bought a pair and put them on). I'm sure this pistol is an old Government re-build but still has extra crisp markings and inspections. Magazine stamped with an "S" on the top of the toe. Good old Warrior!
