US Military Revolver of the early 20th century. Double action, 6-shot .38 Colt. SN# 197173. 6 Inch round barrel with crisp Colt markings and dates on top and "Colt D.A. 38" on left. Revolver inspected "R.A.C." Rinaldo A. Carr, on the frame and sub inspected "B". Revolver has nice even wear and retains 50% original blue mixed with underlying gun metal patina. Strong, fine mechanics, Fine bore. Fine two piece oil finished walnut grips. Lanyard ring at pommel. Handsome Classic US Military Revolver.
