Here is a Colt Officer's Model (Second Issue) Revolver manufactured in 1916 and chambered for the .38 Special cartridge. These were made from 1908-1923. This revolver is in fine condition. It features the high luster Colt Blued finish, adjustable front and rear sights, six inch barrel, and checkered walnut grips with deep set Colt medallions. The revolver retains about 95% of its factory blued finish witrh some light holster wear on the sides of the barrel and the edges of the cylinder. The heel and toe of the frame butt each have a touch of wear at the corners. The bore and mechanics are excellent. The walnut grips are excellent as well. This is a beautiful example of this early double action Colt revolver. Stock no. 25072
