Description :

This is a Springfield Armory M1-A semi-automatic rifle chambered for the 7.62mm Nato (.308 Win.) cartridge. The M1-A is the civilian version of the M-14. This rifle was built in about June of 1994. It is a standard M1-A in a new production walnut stock. The rifle is in excellent, like new condition with the original box and just about every available accessory. It retains nearly 100% of its factory parkerized finish. The bore and mechanics are perfect. The stock is just like new. Included is an M-6 Bayonet made by Imperial in an M8A1 Scabbard, both in excellent, un-issued condition. There are four 20-shot magazines, all in excellent condition, with one in the original packaging. The other accessories are the cleaning rod, tips, and oiler, un-issued in the original military cardboard tube, a blank firing device, also with the tube, and an M-76 grenade launcher, again un-issued in the government tube. The rifle is also equipped with an original U.S. Model 1907 leather sling in very fine, like new condition. It is marked "MRT 10/79". The sling has a couple of small marks from old adhesive labels. The Springfield Armory M1-A has a reputation for being of top quality. This is a superb example in top condition. Stock no. 23325
