VERY FINE, WWII, JAPANESE TYPE 26 REVOLVER

This is an original, WWII, Japanese Type 26 Revolver manufactured at the Tokyo Artillery Arsenal. It is chambered for the 9mm Japanese cartridge. These were manufactured from 1893-1925. They were double action only. This one is in very fine condition with about 90% of its factory blued finish remaining. There is some wear on the cylinder and at the muzzle. There is a little wear on the grip pommel from the lanyard ring. The bore and mechanics are excellent. The checkered wooden grips are excellent with no chips or cracks. This is a very nice Type 26 revolver.
