This is a replica of the Richards-Mason Colt Cartridge Conversion of the Model 1860 Revolver made in the 1870's. It was made by Aldo Uberti of Italy in 2009 and sold by Taylor's and Company of Winchester, Virginia. Colt originally made about 2100 of these circa 1877-1878. This Uberti copy has a 5-1/2" barrel and is chambered for the .45 S&W Schofield cartridge. It is in excellent condition, like new in the original box. It retains nearly 100% of its factory blued and cased color finishes. The bore, chambers, and mechanics are excellent. The hardwood grips are excellent, as well. The original box is in fine condition with the manual and paperwork. There is a little damage to the cardboard closure tab and it has been reinforced with tape. If you want a fine, Old West, Six-Shooter, this is a great one. Stock no. 32821
