This is a modern Model 1911-A1 pistol made by Imbel of Brazil and sold by Springfield Armory. Except for the wood grips it is pretty much an exact copy of a WWII U.S, Model 1911A1 pistol. It is chambered for the .45 ACP cartridge. This pistol is in very fine to excellent condition with more than 98% of irs factory parkerized finish remaining. There are just a couple of tiny blemishes from friction on the gun. The bore and mechanics are excellent. The checkered hardwood grips are excellent, as well. This gun may actually be unfired, but I am not certain. It is in very nice condition. Stock no. 325893
