This is a Winchester Model 12 Pump Shotgun manufactured in 1947. It is 12 Gauge with 2 3/4" chambers. This gun has been fitted with a period Cutts Compensator with interchangeable choke tubes. The gun comes with four choke tubes. The barrel length with compensator is about 25". The barrel has a solid rib. Winchester produced the Model 12 from 1912 to 1980. This gun is in fine condition with about 95% of its factory blued finish remaining. There is some light wear on exposed edges of the metal. The bore and mechanics are excellent. The stock is in fine condition with just a tiny ding or two from use. A rubber recoil pad has been fitted at the butt. A white plastic bead sight has also been installed on the rib about 1/3 back from the muzzle. The barrel does have a choke marking, so this is not a factory Cutts installation. This is a great old Model 12 with a lot of hunting left in it. Stock no. 30945
