VERY FINE SAKO VIXEN MODEL MANNLICHER RIFLE, .222 REMINGTON

This is a Sako Vixen Model Mannlicher Rifle chambered for the .222 Remington cartridge. This may actually be a pre-Vixen as it uses a detachable magazine. This rifle has a short L-46 action. The barrel is 20" long and stocked to the muzzle. I believe this rifle is pre-1972, but sporting rifles are not my strong suite. This rifle is in very fine to excellent condition with more than 98% of its factory blued finish. There is a bit of light finish wear on the front edge of the nose cap. The bore and mechanics are excellent. The stock is very fine with a few tiny dings or scratches from use. The rifle is fitted with a Burris 3-9X scope in excellent condition with clear optics. This is a great little rifle in outstanding condition. Stock no. 30943
