Here is a Browning .22 Auto Rifle made in Belgium in 1961. It is chambered for the .22 Short cartridge only. This is a semi-automatic rifle with a 22" barrel feeding from a magazine tube in the stock. The magazine will hold 16 cartridges in .22 short. These modern tube feeding rifles were produced in Belgium from 1956 to 1974. This rifle is in very fine to excellent condition. The metal is excellent with almost 100% of the blued finish remaining. The bore and mechanics are excellent, but the gun could use a good cleaning. The bore is clean, but there is some powder fouling visible in the action. The stock is in fine condition with a few small dings and scratches in the high-gloss finish. These are a little harder to find in .22 short. They are great little rifles. Stock no. 30713
