Here is an original, Swiss Model 1911 Schmidt-Rubin Infantry Rifle chambered for the 7.5x55mm Swiss cartridge. These were produced from 1913 until 1919. They served until production of the K31 Short Rifle began in 1933. This rifle is in fine to very fine condition with all matching numbers. It retains about 90% of its factory blued finish with some finish wear on the barrel where the bayonet affixes and on the trigger guard and magazine. The butt plate is armory bright and has some old rust at the heel with some overall speckling. The bore and mechanics are excellent. The stock is in fine condition with some small dings and scratches from use. Included is an original leather sling in good condition. Stock no. 30404
