Item :	FINE, 1938 MAUSER S/42 P.08 LUGER 9MM PISTOL W/ HOLSTER

Description :

Here is an original, WWII, German P.08 Luger Pistol manufactured by Mauser (S/42 Code) in 1938. It is chambered for the 9mm Parabellum cartridge. The pistol is in fine to very fine condition, retaining about 95% of its original factory blued finish. There is some light holster wear at the muzzle, on the side plate and on the high points of the frame. There are some small areas of wear on the grip straps and one tiny spot on the trigger guard. The bore and mechanics are excellent. The gun is all matching except for the magazine. The grips are numbered to the gun as well and are in very fine condition, with just a couple of very tiny dings from use. The pistol is in a beautiful, brown clamshell holster manufactured in 1932 by "Kern. Kläger & Cie" of Berlin. This is a police holster and is in very fine condition with tight stitching and flexible leather. There is a small scuffed or scraped area on the clamshell, otherwise just a few tiny dings and scratches are present. This is a very nice, early WWII Luger. Stock no. 23563
