FINE, WWII, JAPANESE TYPE 14 NAMBU PISTOL & HOLSTER

Description :
|
This is a WWII, Japanese Type 14 Nambu Pistol produced at Nagoya Arsenal in May of 1944. It is chambered in 8mm Nambu. The pistol includes its original holster with the shoulder strap, cleaning rod, one extra magazine, and two extra firing pins. The Type 14 Nambu was the standard Japanese Service Pistol of the Second World War. This pistol is in fine condition, with over 95% of its wartime blued finish remaining. There is one small shiny spot on the trigger guard. The bore is mint and the mechanics excellent. The grips are excellent, with no chips, cracks, or dings. The gun has a matching magazine, numbered to the pistol. The holster is very fine, with soft, supple leather and no damage at all. The leather is smooth with just a couple of tiny scuffs. It retains the leather shoulder strap and buckle, which is often missing. The extra magazine does not match the gun. The cleaning rod has all of its finish with one small scratch. This is about as good as it gets for a wartime Nambu.
