VERY RARE, U.S. NAVY MODEL 1903 WOVEN 8-POCKET CARTRIDGE BELT AND HOLSTER FOR THE .38 SERVICE REVOLVER

This is an original early U.S. Navy M-1903 8-pocket cartridge belt and holster for the .38 service revolver. Both are of one piece woven construction, typical of the Mills belts of the time. It has blackened hardware with U.S. Navy snaps on the pouches and holster. It is in very fine condition with no tears or fraying. There is some light surface soiling from storage and some minor rust staining around some of the snaps. A great example of a very rare belt and holster.
