10 Gauge, Lever Action Winchester Shotgun. SN# 6077. Barrel professionally shortened with bead fron sight properly spaced at the muzzle. There has been a carbine sling bar and ring added to the left side of the frame. Left side of the butt crisply stamped, "W. F. & Co.". Right side stamped "5". Barrel, frame and receiver are all a smooth plum patina. Fine stock and forend. Fine mechanics and smooth bore. Would make a great addition to an Old Western Display.
